Guidelines for Authorized Partners, Colleges & Campus Ambassadors
- Mandatory TM Attribution: Always use the trademark designation Novathon™ in all promotional materials, announcements, and posters.
- Do Not Modify the Logo:The stylized curved "Device of N" mark must not be distorted, recolored, or modified without prior brand approval.
- No Secondary Brand Creation: Partners and student clubs may not register domain names, social media handles, or subsidiary trademarks containing the term "Novathon" (e.g., novathon-hyderabad.com, novathon-xyzcollege) without written license.
- Infringement Reporting: Suspected unauthorized usage or counterfeit events should be reported directly to our legal team at legal@novathon.in.
