Progress through challenges to earn verified points. Prerequisite tasks unlock in sequential order.
Task 01 — Build Your Campus Team
Recruit at least 4 student team members and collaborate with college officials.
Recruit at least four student team members from your institution, collaborate with your team and college officials, and submit the required team photograph and supporting member evidence for verification. Points are awarded once the organizing team verifies your squad.
High-resolution team photograph featuring you and your at least 4 recruited team members on your campus premises.
Full student names, college roll numbers, engineering departments, and study years of your recruited team.
Official permission slip, faculty advisor email, or college stamp acknowledging your team collaboration.
Task 02 — Bring a New College Onboard
Refer and facilitate the onboarding of a new college to the NOVATHON network.
Refer and facilitate the onboarding of a new college or university to the NOVATHON network. This task is completely optional, can be completed at any stage during the program, and is not a prerequisite for unlocking any other challenge. Points are awarded after the new college's onboarding is verified.
Official full institutional name of the referred college.
Name of the key point-of-contact at the referred college.
Institutional or official email address of the college contact.
Direct mobile/WhatsApp number of the college representative.
Upload official document, confirmation letter, or signed agreement acknowledging participation.
Task 03 — Create and Promote NOVATHON Content
Publish at least 3 reels, 10 posts, and achieve 3,000+ verified organic views.
Publish at least three reels and ten posts in a month across Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube, and achieve a minimum of 3,000 verified organic views. Points are calculated according to the official content-points formula, subject to a maximum of 200 points. Prerequisite: Task 01 must be verified before submitting this task.
Public links to at least 3 promotional reels published during the campaign.
Public links to at least 10 feed posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, or X.
Cumulative verified organic views across all published reels and posts.
Clear screenshot from Instagram Professional Dashboard or LinkedIn Creator Insights confirming 3,000+ views.
Task 04 — Organize a NOVATHON Campus Event
Plan and conduct an official NOVATHON sprint briefing or workshop at your college.
Plan and conduct a NOVATHON-related event at your college after obtaining required permissions and approvals. Submit the event report, high-resolution photographs, attendance details, and other required evidence. Prerequisite: Task 03 must be verified before submitting this task.
Official report detailing agenda, problem track walk-through, venue, and outcomes.
Clear photographs showing the presentation, student crowd, and campus hall.
Verified number of student participants who attended the briefing.
Signed attendance sheet or scanned student roll list of attendees.
Approval letter from department HOD or Principal granting event permission.
